CAUTION: The Tshwane City Council Property Valuation Roll is open for inspection and objections from 27th February 2013 to 3rd May 2013.
From the 3rd May the values will be fixed for the next four years and it will be very difficult during this period to make any changes or lodge objections if your valuation is incorrect or unreasonable. It is recommended that you check your valuation carefully, particularly the category that your property is included in.
Below is a the link to the City of Tshwane website where you can input your estate name to get access to the Valuation Roll. (Please allow 2 minutes for the website to load the form). Alternatively you can contact the City of Tshwane on 012 358 9999 for more info.
